The concerns we have with Biotest Surge Recovery are that we’re unable to determine the whether the Hydrolyzed Whey is Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate or Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Concentrate. There is a big difference in quality. Additionally for a Gain Mass product the Carbohydrate content is very low when compared to other products. Finally the overall Protein Percentage of 28% is also low for products in both the Post Workout and Gain Mass categories. It also boasts boosted, high levels of L-Leucine and L-Phenylalanine but doesn’t indicate how much is actually included.
