IDS Smart Gainer protein powder is a calorically dense formula specially formulated and developed to build muscle mass while minimizing fat gain. It provides 51 grams of 100% ultra low temperature cross micro filtered Whey Protein, blended with Whey Concentrate from milk and soy, which helps promote nitrogen retention. The 3 grams of creatine and 656 calories you get per serving helps increase muscle size, strength and endurance. Creatine aids in stimulating muscle tissue growth and is scientifically proven to help improve performance during exercise of high to maximal intensity.
