Inner Armour Mass Peak, labelled with Inner Armours slogan, “Speed of Power”, provides 105g of lean carbohydrates and 50g of protein per serving, accompanied by Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs), Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) (for fast energy) and Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) (to preserve lean mass). This nicely formulated protein powder allows you to gain muscle mass and strength faster and maintain it better.
Inner Armour Mass Peak contains three major ingredients combined into Inner Armour’s proprietary mix, Carbo Mass, ProNitro 7, and Omega 3-MCT. According to Inner Armour “these help sustain high forces (strength) at high speeds which provide superb power”. We’ll let you decide whether all that is possible!
Inner Armour Mass Peak protein powder also contains low DE (Dextrose Equivalent) Maltodextrin. Dextrose is also known as glucose and Maltodextrin is a food additive produced from starch (used in soft drinks and lollies). They claim it is highly beneficial as a post-workout carbohydrate because it’s complex yet very fast absorbing. It absorbs up to 3 times better and at the same speed of simple sugars. This promotes fast muscle recovery.
If you compare Inner Armour Mass Peak to other protein powders in the Gain Mass and Post Workout categories you will see that it’s basic Nutritional Information profile is on par with most of them. And after you cut through all their marketing guff we think it’s a good product and worth trying if you haven't.
