Optimum Gold Standard 100% Casein is a slow digesting protein powder and probably the most popular protein powder within its Category. Containing 24 g of Miceller Casein-based proteins, it’s an excellent night time supplement, providing high levels of amino acids (about 10g of BCAA’s and Glutamine per scoop) which the body needs to prevent muscle catabolism during long periods of fasting (like when you’re sleeping through the night).

Optimum Gold Standard 100% Casein is boosted with Aminogen which has been found to increase amino acid levels and boost nitrogen retention. It’s also low in fat and carbohydrate.
